Today I received my 2nd compliment from a customer. Quite happy even though I am embarassed by my low call stats of 72 calls only (lowest today in the team). I cannot believe that the whole day I only receive 1 call asking for mms/gprs setting which is suppose to be the easiest call. HAving say that, I should stop blaming my luck and try to be faster tomorrow.
