I cannot believe the next 3-4 years or maybe the rest of my life is hinged on what the next few days turn out to be.
Firstly my Guards interview for regular service is on this coming wednesday.
I've also applied to NTU for the 2006/2007 intake but still no replies from them. I've also applied to SIM(uol) for bsc of science in maths and econs but I would like to change to bsc of science in business.
I've also applied to retake my A levels.
I guess my first choice would be NTU. If they accept me it wouldn't be so troublesome.
I applied for the dumping ground, ntu engineering and NIE education in science as the 1st few choices. However to my DISMAY, I guess I dun stand a chance for NIE since the interview has already started.
I wanted to go into engineering because I want to be a maths/physics/d&T secondary school teacher. (I have to have a degree in order to teach in sec sch). During my time as a student, I've met some irresponsible, incapable and in short FUCKED UP teachers. I simply dun understand why they've managed to become teachers so easily, while I, a truly passionate about teaching guy, is having such a hard time. Even if I canot become a secondary school teacher, I can also be a primary school 1 first. Or thats what I thought. "Education in science" was my second choice and I think i've got rejected.
Up till now, I've only manage to prioritise NTU as my 1st choice. I guess I will really decide on the rest when I get my NTU letter. (Most probably a rejection 1).
